Privacy policy
How we handle the data of people who visit the site and write to us.
Who processes your data
The data controller is Naturalmente Bio S.r.l. Società Agricola, registered office at Piazza Carmine Vecchio 6, 96015 Francofonte (SR), Italy, VAT and tax code 01835740893, REA SR/15842, represented by its legal representative, Carlo Palermo.
For any question about your data you can write to info@naturalmentebio.eu or call +39 347 644 9778. For communications that need legal value you can use our certified email address (PEC): naturalmentebio.francofonte@pec.it.
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO): the conditions set out in Article 37 of the Regulation do not apply, because we do not carry out large-scale systematic monitoring or process special categories of data on a large scale.
What we collect, and nothing more
This website is a showcase. It does not sell online, does not register users and does not profile anyone for advertising. We receive very little data, and we list all of it here.
If you write to us through the contact form
We collect your name, email address and the text of your message. These are the only fields required, and they are used only to reply to you.
- Legal basis: replying to your request and any steps prior to a contract — Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
- How long we keep it: for the time needed to handle your request and, if it leads to a business relationship, for the period required by tax and accounting obligations. Requests with no follow-up are deleted within 24 months.
- Is it mandatory? You are not obliged to write to us, but without those three pieces of information we cannot reply.
If you accept statistics cookies
Only with your consent do we use Google Analytics 4 to find out how many people visit the site and which pages they read. We do not use it to identify you or to show you advertising.
- Legal basis: your consent — Article 6(1)(a). You can withdraw it at any time from the link at the bottom of every page.
- How long: data stays in Google Analytics for 14 months and is then deleted automatically.
- IP addresses are processed in anonymised form.
Details of each cookie are in the Cookie Policy.
When you simply open a page
Like any web server, the server hosting this site records the IP address, the time of the visit, the page requested and the type of browser. These are technical logs: they are used for security and to understand when something is not working, not to identify you.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site running and secure — Article 6(1)(f).
- How long: as a rule no longer than 12 months, unless needed to investigate misuse.
Who receives the data
We do not sell, transfer or exchange data with anyone. It is seen only by:
- the people in our company who need to answer requests, authorised and instructed to process it;
- OVH SAS (Roubaix, France), the provider hosting the website and email, acting as data processor under Article 28 on the basis of the data processing agreement included in its terms of contract;
- Google Ireland Limited, only if you have accepted statistics;
- advisers, our accountant and, where necessary, public authorities when required by law.
Does the data leave Europe?
Only for statistics, and only if you have accepted them. Google LLC may process data in the United States: it participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission on 10 July 2023, and the Standard Contractual Clauses apply in the alternative. The provider’s privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
For everything else, data stays on servers located in the European Union, in OVH data centres.
Automated decisions and profiling
We do not carry out any. No decision concerning you is taken by automated means, and we do not build profiles of the people who visit the site.
What you can ask us
Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation give you the right to:
- know what data we hold and obtain a copy (access);
- have it corrected if it is wrong or incomplete (rectification);
- have it deleted when we have no reason to keep it (erasure);
- ask us to freeze it while we check something (restriction);
- receive it in a machine-readable format, or have it transferred elsewhere (portability);
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- withdraw your consent to statistics at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of what was done before.
Write to info@naturalmentebio.eu or, by certified email, to naturalmentebio.francofonte@pec.it: we reply within one month. If you are not satisfied with our reply, or if we do not reply, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live, or go to court.
Minors
This website is aimed at businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. If you notice that this has happened, write to us and we will delete it.
If we change anything
If we change the way we process data — a new service, a new provider — we will update this page and the date below. If the change is significant, we will point it out on the site.
